We’ll schedule a relaxed Zoom or phone call to get to know each other. I’ll learn more about your business and goals, and you’ll get a feel for whether my style is the right fit for your branding photoshoot.
If you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a proposal, contract, and invoice to finalise the booking.
To secure your date, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. While it’s non-refundable, it represents my commitment of energy, time, and creativity to capturing your unique business story to life.
I’ll send you a personal branding questionnaire to help me get to know you and your goals for the shoot in more detail. Depending on the project, this is when we’ll scout and book locations if needed, and talk through outfit ideas. We’ll also create a mood board to visually plan the session, along with a must-have shot list to make sure nothing’s missed.
Here comes the exciting part – shoot day!
My goal is to make the session fun and relaxed. I’ll guide you every step of the way, from posing and movement to helping you feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
A few days after your branding shoot, you’ll receive a private online gallery with the best images from your session. From there, you can choose your favourites, and I’ll individually edit your final selections and deliver them within one week.
Your edited photos will include colour corrections and basic retouching, such as blemish removal and softening of dark circles, while still looking natural and authentic.
You will receive your incredible final edited photos within one week. The digital photos will be delivered in two formats: one high-resolution version for printing and one web-optimised version for use on your website and social media.
If you added a video package, I’ll send your finished video at the same time.

A regular portrait session usually captures just a handful of flattering photos. A personal branding shoot is different; it’s a thoughtful, purposeful collection of photos designed to support your business and story. During a branding photoshoot, we will create a variety of images, including portraits, behind-the-scenes moments, lifestyle shots, and detailed photos that authentically reflect your energy and connect with your audience on a deeper level.
You’re not alone! Many of my clients start out feeling shy or nervous, but they often end up enjoying the process. My role is to help you feel relaxed and confident. I’ll gently guide you through poses and movements that feel natural and authentic. Usually, within just 10 to 20 minutes, you’ll find yourself feeling much more comfortable and at ease.
We can shoot in your workspace, a rented studio, your home, or outdoors, whichever location feels most aligned with your brand. I’ll work with you to select a location that suits your style and helps tell your story visually.
Absolutely! I’ll assist you in choosing outfits based on your brand colours, the location, and the overall vibe you want to create. Together, we’ll select looks that feel authentic to you but elevated for your shoot.
Yes, all final photos include natural editing. My editing workflow includes colour correction and gentle retouching, such as softening under-eye circles and removing temporary blemishes. The goal is to have you looking like your best, most authentic self.
However, more extensive Photoshop work, like editing wrinkled clothing or removing background objects, is not included in my standard packages. These types of edits require a specialist retoucher and can be outsourced for an additional fee if needed.
Yes! I offer video add-ons that pair beautifully with your branding photos, from short-form clips for social media to promotional videos that introduce you and your work. We can discuss your goals and create something custom that fits your brand voice and platforms.
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice, and we’ll find a new date that works for you.
Cancellations would be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on how close we are to your session date.
If your session is planned outdoors and the weather isn’t ideal, such as heavy rain or unusually cold conditions, we can reschedule for a better day.
